Formed in 2014 after meeting in high school, Noon Shift are an Alternative Rock band from Sydney’s Western Suburbs. The current lineup consists of Nick Lowe (guitar/vocals), Will Abbott (drums), Tom Rusin (guitar) and Tchai De Amorim (bass).

In their final year of highschool Noon Shift released their 2018 debut EP “Fuse” to the world, featuring the track “Save Me” which to date gas gathered upwards of 180,00 streams. Since then their recorded music and live performances have caught the attention of the likes of The Harbour Agency, Live Nation and John Zucco of The Right Profile.

In 2021 Noon Shift released their self produced EP, “Worth Its Cost in Time” and subsequently went on a tour across NSW that saw sold out shows and many new eyeballs on the band. Since then the boys have been hunkering down in the garage, working on what is expected to be their debut album.

Career Highlights

– Sold out their EP launch show at Sydney’s Boogie Mountain on March 12th 2021

– Their single “Anyway” received commercial radio airplay from Rebel FM 99.4 on top of spins from numerous community stations

– The single was also included in the Aussie Music Weekly program, syndicated to over 50+ community stations across Australia 

– Immediate success with their debut single “Save Me”, which so far has received over 170,000 streams after being placed on Spotify’s Discover Weekly playlist.

– Played to full house (line out the door) at Sydney’s iconic Frankie’s Pizza

– Played a sold out gig The Rhythm Hut in Gosford in October 2020

– Briefly worked with The Harbour Agency, to perform in their showcase event for emerging artists “Freshly Squeezed” at The Bridge Hotel in Rozelle.

– Placed in the top 10 on Triple J’s Unearthed charts with single “Fallen Sisters”

– Aussie press attention from the likes of  Scenestr and Amnplify as well as international from the US (Hot Lunch, Come Here Floyd) and UK (After Paris)

– Began work with industry veteran John Zucco of The Right Profile (Gordi, Birds of Tokyo) in promotion of their second EP “Worth It’s Cost in Time”
